OUR SHIPMENT POLICY

We sell liquid-based products such as motor oils and antifreezes. It is very important for us that the products reach you without any damage. We use double packaging in order to minimize the damage rate when packaging the products. Each shipment means both shipping cost and packaging cost. For this reason, when the shipments reach you, we ask you not to receive the product without checking it. If there is any damage to the product, you should return the product to the cargo officer by keeping the damage assessment report. Otherwise, you may become a victim. In any case, contact us and ask for support. You can be sure that we will take the necessary actions in order not to make you suffer for minor damages.

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return any product you have purchased from us within 14 days. For this, it is sufficient that there is no damage to the product and that you have not opened the cover of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot take back damaged or open products as they are not suitable for resale.
